Quote requests: Submitting a quote basket or enquiry does not create a contract. We will contact you with pricing, lead times, and terms specific to your project.
Orders: A contract is formed when we accept your order in writing (email or order confirmation) and any required deposit is received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
B2B accounts: Additional commercial terms may apply to registered trade partners. In case of conflict, signed B2B agreements prevail over these general Terms.

When you book a visit, please arrive on time and respect showroom staff and other visitors. We may reschedule or cancel appointments for operational or safety reasons and will try to notify you in advance.
